Payroll Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process employee wages, taxes, and deductions accurately and on time.
• Manage payroll records meticulously while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Resolve employee inquiries and payroll-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with HR for accurate payroll data.
• Prepare payroll reports and tax documents.
• Update payroll systems with employee status changes.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on payroll laws for compliance.

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity and confidentiality when handling payroll information.
• Prior experience in Payroll/Accounting and excellent references required.
• Dependability and a good work ethic are a must
