MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — As part of its annual program to recognize remarketing performance, Automotive Resources International recently honored six of its auction partners as 2008 Auction Award winners.
The recipients included Manheim New Jersey, Manheim Missouri, ADESA Sacramento, Bel Air Auto Auction, Clarksville Auto Auction and Greater Kalamazoo Auto Auction. Each was recognized for its overall market performance, administration and communication.
In its evaluation, ARI considered days to pickup, complete and transmit the condition report, sell and send funds, as well as achievement against Black Book Commercial Index and compliance with company guidelines.
ARI began handing out these awards a decade ago in conjunction with Partners in Excellence, the company's quality assurance program.
"The recipients for 2008 went above and beyond to ensure our clients received the best possible service and returns during uncertain times," stated Jennifer Schade, ARI's manager for vehicle remarketing.
"ARI is grateful for these partners' commitments to excellence, and we look forward to continuing to exceed customer expectations together," she added.
